Parcel Post and Express Post shipments
Parcel Post and Express Post orders which are placed by 3pm and paid for with credit card or PayPal will be shipped the SAME day.
Parcel Post and Express Post orders which are placed after 3pm will be shipped the NEXT day.
Courier shipments
Courier orders placed by 8am will be picked up at 9.30am the SAME day.
Courier orders placed between 8am and 3pm will be picked up by 5.30pm SAME day.
Courier orders placed after 3pm will be picked up at 9.30am the NEXT day.

Country VIC is 1-2 business days.

Cleared Funds
If paying by PayPal eCheque, personal cheque or bank deposit, your order will be shipped when your funds are cleared.
Warranty
Maha Powerex battery chargers are covered by a 3 year warranty, except the MH-C401FS, which is covered by a lifetime warranty.
Maha Powerex batteries are covered by a 1 year warranty, except Maha AA NiMH batteries, which are covered by a five year warranty.
Other products we sell are covered by a one year warranty.

Should you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a money back guarantee, subject to the goods being returned to us with all packaging, and in a saleable condition.
